Kitchen Slicer calls Piandao in chinese, it is a little bigger and heavier than Sangdao (small cleaver), and it also thin and light. It can quickly and precisely slice meats and vegetables, but it coud not cut any of bones. Please do not use it to cut bone, it is very easy to demage.
